Our Team

Craig Gardner
Founder

Gardner Carpentry was founded by Craig in 2009. Craig's extensive experience in the business of building reaches back to 1996, where he started as an apprentice and quickly advanced to journeyman as a union carpenter; he then evolved his technique as a residential & commercial builder and job supervisor. In 2009, Craig decidedly pursued his passion of building by joining his vision, principled expertise, and business acumen to create Gardner Carpentry.   

Paul Tetzlaff

As lifelong friends, Paul & Craig have not only grown-up together, but have cultivated a seamless partnership in building.  As a 3rd generation builder, Paul's experience reaches back to childhood where his father, uncle & grandfather nurtured his talents and inspired the pursuit of his family legacy of building. 

Pacer Gamst
Apprentice, Nephew

Pacer is the newest member of the Gardner Carpentry team.  As a gifted artist, Pacer recognized the distinct building style of his Uncle Craig's trade work, and quickly began following in family footsteps by learning not only the technique of building, but also the artistry of carpentry.
